Payment and Delivery

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the case of potential order cancellations or stock issues, any refund to your credit card will be processed within 15 business days.

Delivery

We strive to ship your ordered products on the same day. For products that take time to source, the delivery time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. In case of any potential delays, you will be notified.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be located during the day as your delivery address.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Antalya-based company will be shipped via DHL Cargo. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within 2 (two) business days.

Payment Tracking

If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issues, our visitors will be notified at the payment page.

In case of any error with the provided address resulting in a failed delivery, we will contact the customer who placed the order.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor will be confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible not only for the delivery but also for the credit card system, and the bank we use for payment processing.

Please Note!

If you suspect that your package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and ensure that the shipping company prepares a damage report.

Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the delivery company has fulfilled its duties properly.

If the product is damaged: Please send the damage report to info@privemia.com as soon as possible.

By following these steps, we will begin working on the issue and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
